What Are Insoles?

An insole (sometimes called a “footbed”, a “shoe insert” or an inner sole) is the layer inside the shoe that your foot actually rests on.

They are removable inserts that act like a supportive mattress between your feet and the hard ground, helping to absorb shock and correct the alignment issues that cause pain.

When you search for a shoe inner sole online, what you are really replacing is that flat factory layer. A specialised insole for shoes online is built differently — better arch support, extra cushioning and targeted relief for problems like plantar fasciitis, flat feet or heel pain.

Every InsoleAce pair is handmade and trimmable, so one pair can be shaped to sports shoes, office formals, school shoes or a ladies shoe sole for flats and daily-wear sandals.

Why You Need Us?

Medical-grade solutions backed by science and trusted by thousands. Handmade with love for your feet — buy insoles online from the people who make them.

Ergonomic Foot Support ⓘ

The arch is contoured to the shape a loaded foot actually holds, so support arrives at the moment your weight lands on it.

Impact Absorbing Technology ⓘ

Layered EVA and MCR soak up the shock of heel strike before it travels up into the knees, hips and lower back.

Specialist Recommended ⓘ

A large share of our customers reach us after a doctor or physiotherapist has advised orthotic insoles, and our range is built around those same conditions.

Medical-Grade Comfort ⓘ

Skin-safe, breathable material chosen for diabetic and sensitive feet, where friction matters as much as cushioning.

All-Day Wear ⓘ

Built for twelve-hour days on hard floors — shop counters, hospital wards, classrooms and kitchens.

Long-Lasting Durability ⓘ

Dense, resilient foam that holds its rebound for six to twelve months of daily use, unlike the thin shoe inserts online that pack flat within a month.

Daily routine and workout improvement

I have been using the insoles for last 1 month both for daily office wear and while working out at the gym. I can surely say that they hv reduced the pain I felt sometimes when working out and are really comfortable for using daily. Normal shoes does not provide you with this kind of comfort and ease in walking. I’ll suggest to anyone who wants to improve posture, want reduced pain etc to use this.

Common FAQs

InsoleAce specialises in non-surgical support for the feet and lower limbs. A corrective orthotic changes how load travels through the foot: it holds the arch, cushions heel strike and spreads pressure away from the points that hurt. Over time that steadier base settles the way you stand and walk, which is why customers often report easier knees and a less tired lower back as well.

People most commonly come to us for foot discomfort linked to diabetes, arthritis, metatarsalgia and unstable joints. Insoles support and relieve — they do not replace medical treatment, so keep following your doctor’s advice alongside them.

It depends on the cause — flat feet, plantar fasciitis, heel pain or simply badly built footwear. InsoleAce insoles pair an EVA or MCR top layer with a supportive arch shell and a breathable cover, so each one targets a different pain pattern. As a rule of thumb: MCR for pressure and sensitivity, EVA for impact and sport.

Yes. Firm arch support lifts and aligns a collapsing arch, reduces the strain running along the inside of the foot and improves stability through the step. InsoleAce makes dedicated flat-feet insoles for exactly this, and it is the condition we are asked about most.

Start from your main problem. Flat feet: strong arch support. Heel pain or plantar fasciitis: cushioning plus a deep heel cup. Diabetic or sensitive feet: extra-soft, breathable, low-friction MCR. General ache and fatigue: EVA with high shock absorption. The comparison chart on this page maps thirteen conditions to a recommended material, and “Shop by Medical Condition” narrows it further.

Often, yes. Poor foot alignment feeds upward, and the knees, hips and lower back absorb what the foot fails to. Insoles that correct foot posture and take the sting out of each heel strike reduce that stress. If the pain is severe or long-standing, get it assessed properly rather than relying on insoles alone.

Six to twelve months for most people, depending on daily hours and activity. Replace them when the surface flattens under the heel, the cushioning stops rebounding, the material starts to smell, or your old pain quietly returns. If you are on your feet all day, plan closer to six months.

Directly here. You can buy shoe insoles online from InsoleAce at insoleace.com — the EVA and MCR pairs on this page are handmade in our own unit in Meerut and shipped nationwide. Buying from the maker rather than a marketplace listing means you get the current batch, a real warranty conversation and someone on the phone who can tell you which pair to order.

Whether you want to buy shoe inserts for one pair of office shoes or fit out the whole family, the process is the same: pick your material, pick your size, trim to fit. If you would rather decide before you pay, call +91 89239 93526 and buy shoe sole online once we have talked through your condition.

Yes. Our insoles are trimmable, so a ladies shoe sole is cut from the same pair rather than sold separately. Follow the guide line to your size, trim a little at a time from the toe end, and test the fit inside the shoe before cutting further. For narrow flats and sandals, the slimmer EVA pair usually sits better than MCR.

EVA is the better choice for sockless insoles: the top surface is waterproof, dries quickly and wipes clean, which matters when there is no sock absorbing sweat. MCR is breathable and keeps the feet cool and dry, but is more comfortable with a thin sock. Whichever you wear, air the insoles out overnight and clean them with mild soap and water — never in a washing machine.

Order the size closest to your shoe size and trim down from there — cutting is easy, adding is not. Take the existing inner sole out of your shoe, lay it over the new insole as a template, mark the toe and cut in small passes. EVA cuts more cleanly than MCR. If two sizes feel borderline, take the larger one.

MCR is the material we recommend for diabetic and sensitive feet — soft, low-friction and designed to spread pressure away from hotspots rather than concentrate it. That said, diabetic feet need medical oversight. Check your feet daily for redness or rubbing during the first week, and if you have existing ulcers, neuropathy or a wound, please clear the insoles with your doctor before wearing them.
